1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Prevoqis Analítica S.R.L. (‘Prevoqis’, ‘we’) processes the personal information you provide when you interact with the website prevoqis.com and with our analytical platform, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data and its complementary regulations.

The data controller is Prevoqis Analítica S.R.L., CUIT 30-71824619-2, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1174, Piso 6, Oficina B, C1043AAY, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
3. Information we process
When you complete the contact form we collect: full name, email address and the message you decide to send. When you browse the site we may collect: technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, approximate location by country, referring URLs and interactions with the platform, always subject to the consent granted through our cookie banner.
4. Purposes of processing
We process your information to respond to your requests, provide access to the analytical platform, maintain security and integrity of the service, produce aggregated statistics that allow us to improve the experience and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.
5. Legal basis

We apply administrative, technical and organizational measures reasonable to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or diffusion. This includes access controls, encryption in transit and periodic reviews of our environments.
10. International transfers
Some of our providers process information in servers located outside Argentina, in jurisdictions considered adequate under Provision AAIP 60/2016. In every case we require contractual safeguards and appropriate security measures.
